The Boyz a photo shoot from Gorkamorka!

Well I have been seeing some posts about GM lately with the new Mad Max movie out now. So I thought I would do a photo shoot of all my GM stuff.

Today I am starting with the Boyz of GM. As you will see these boyz are in all different forms of completeness. Some are fully painted, some are primed, some are started, and some have the last owners paint job. GorkaMorka is one of my all time loves when it comes to miniature war gaming, and I have been collecting from the day it came out. I am all ways on eBay looking for some GM boyz and bits. I have gotten some great deals from eBay over the years.

 Here is the bitz. I have 11 boyz still on the spru, and lots of bitz in my bitz box.

Blog Update!

Hello All,
I am now editing this blog under a new account MadDoc Gobbins. The reason for this is that the content, and photo connected to my gmail account was loosing its links. If you go to older posts you will see missing photos, and I wanted to make sure the photos from my blog stay put. I am all way uploading and moving photos under my gmail account, and using this account should stop the photos from loosing their links.

Gorka Morka boys

GorkaMorka. I have notices that my blog has some bad photo links, and I will not fix them. What I will do is start to re-post photos. I am going to start with my GM stuff.

Here are some boys I have painted a few months ago. Now these were painted with craft paint, and dip washed with water based varnish. I flocked the bases with my home made tea leaf flock. They only need a dull coat to complete them.

Mega Orcs and a Dread

Well the summer has passed me by, no vacations this year, but allot of painting. The only issue is I was painting the inside of my house not minis. My wife has we need to paint out house, and she was right it is allot of work but it looks great.

I did how ever sneak in a few hours to paint. This past weekend I finished my 4 squads of Mega Orcs, and one Dread. I had painted the leaders some time ago, but needed to finish the boys. Well I think they came out very nice. I have seen others tweak their megas but I did not have the time, and if I do more I will. All flock was my tea flock with tufts of gail force 9 static grass.

 Here is another Epic gargant as a Dread. I uses a rotary gun from Shock Force OOP and computer flat cable as the ammo belt. I left this one hanging off for a different look. Also had to glif up the paint job. I still need to add a banner but it looks good.
